Residential Developer Recruitment

The City is working to recruit residential developers for condo and single-family home development. The City is very interested in attracting new residents and believes new development may help achieve this goal. For more information, please contact the Community and Economic Development Director, Jen Dearman.

Available Properties

The City of Pascagoula maintains a list of available properties. The City also has a Grounds for Development: Commercial packet and a Grounds for Development: In-Line Properties packet which highlight key available properties throughout the City.
