Free Flowin’ Fest is an annual, free music festival brought to you by the City of Pascagoula and Main Street Pascagoula to celebrate Pascagoula and our free-flowing river. The Pascagoula River is unique in that it is the last and largest free-flowing river in the U.S., hence the name of the festival. The festival started as an idea among a group of friends who wanted to showcase the beauty of the river, the local art, food and music.
