Administration

Kay Kell is the City Manager for the City of Pascagoula.  Her contact number is 938-6614.  The City Clerk’s Office and City Attorney are also part of the Administration Department.  There are 5 departments under Administration.  They consist of Fire, Human Resources, Operations, Police, and Programs.
