City Parks

11th Street Mini Park
This 1 acre park has a playground area and basketball court.

12th Street Recreational Complex
This facility offers a meeting room, restrooms, concession stands, 1 lighted basketball court, 1 lighted tennis court, and 4 lighted softball fields.  It also has a playground and is home to the Pascagoula Girls Softball League.

Andrew Johnson Recreation Center
Located on Tucker Avenue, this center is home to the community swimming pool and the Boys and Girls Club.  The center also has a playground, basketball courts, game room, and air-conditioned gymnasium.

B.B. Jennings Park
This 3.5 acre park, near St. Peter's school, provides basketball courts, playground areas, a walking track, and a practice field.

Beach Park and Pavilion
The 14-acre park has playground areas, picnic tables, barbeque grills and a pavilion.  The Beach Park Pier, located directly across the street, overlooks the Mississippi Gulf and the beach below.

Chateau Lake Park
This park, located off Old Mobile Highway, offers the best of fishing, picnicking, and playground facilities.

I. G. Levy Park, North and South
The entrances to the 60-acre park lie on Nathan Hale Avenue and Chicot Street.  The park has 8 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, Adventure Island Playground, a Disc Golf course and a 2 mile jogging trail through luscious forests and around the fishing lake.  This lake has a fishing pier and fountain.  We invite you to enjoy non-motorized crafts in its waters.  The park also has a newly renovated pavilion with barbecue areas and a soccer field for your enjoyment.  The Scranton Nature Center is located on the North side of I. G. Levy Park.

Ladner Road Boat Launch
This park is located at the east end of Ladner on Bayou Casotte.  It is home to Huey's Bait Shop and 2 boat ramps as well as fishing piers.

Old Depot Art Center
The Old Depot Art Center is located on 504 Yon Street.  It showcases local artists and offers lessons in various media.  Contact them at 228-938-6752.

Pine Street Park
This is a 4.5 acre park located at 4014 Pine Street with a playground area, 2 tennis courts, 2 practice ball fields, volleyball, 1/4 mile jogging trail and picnic pavilion.

Pascagoula Recreation Center
This newly renovated facility is located in the gym of the former Pascagoula High School site.  The Director's office is located here along with the offices of the rest of the staff.  Many of our programs take place in this facility.  It can be found at 2935 Pascagoula Street.

Pat Wilson Jogging Park
This 9-acre park, between Ingalls Avenue and Polk Avenue, features a 1/2 mile lighted jogging trail among beautiful pine and oak trees.  It has exercise stations and swings for the little ones.

The Point
This park is located at the western end of Beach Boulevard.  It currently offers fishing piers along with 4 boat ramp launches and plenty of parking.  There are plans to renovate this facility in the near future.

River Park and Pier
This 8 acre park is located on the west side of the Pascagoula River.  The park provides a lighted fishing pier, boat launch, picnic area, and a nautically themed playground area.  The park also houses the Scranton Floating Museum, a tribute to the wildlife and seafood heritage of South Mississippi.

Old Spanish Fort
This park is home to the Spanish Fort Museum and Krebs Cemetery.  Located on Spanish Avenue, the facility offers 1 boat ramp and fishing pier.
