This pier connects with the Historic Pathway (PDF), the Historic Pascagoula Bike Route and the Pascagoula River Blueway (PDF). This site’s location, overlooking a shallow tidal marsh and bayou, indicates high potential for viewing a variety of water-dependent birds. Look for wading birds along the marsh and bayou edges, and rails and other marsh species in the marsh. Waterbirds may also be present in the bayou. You can find the pier located at the intersection of Magnolia Street and DuPont Avenue.
